Every year our Niagara wine program grows in popularity.
This year is no different. We are offering the following exceptional wines made exclusively from grapes grown in Niagara on the Lake.
Niagara Cabernet Franc, Riesling and Chardonnay
Notes:
1. This year’s Niagara will be a single varietal of Cabernet Franc, matured in French Oak barrels. Bottling Fall 2023
2. The Riesling is off-dry, crisp, aromatic and very food-friendly. Bottling Spring 2023
3. The Chardonnay is aged in Oak Barrels for 6 months and ready to bottle in Summer 2023
Each batch makes 30x 750ml bottles.
